1.     The levels of CO2 in the atmosphere have increased. There have been changes in the weather patterns.
2.     The Chembarambakkam lake was opened. Chennai city was inundated.
3.     The nuclear bomb was dropped on Japan during World War II. At least 1,29,000 people were killed.
